[ AI AGENTS IN DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCT ] DIAGNOSTICS / ROLLOUT / TRAINING

We move development to AI agents

The whole task cycle, from brief to release. We set up the process, train the team and deliver in stages. You sign off each stage on results.

Sound
familiar?

[01]

Everyone is talking about AI. Your team isn't using it yet.

You bought Cursor or Claude Code licences. Two people use them.

Code gets written faster. Releases ship at the same pace.

Code review became the bottleneck.

No clear way to measure the effect.

Code and data can't be sent to external models.

[02] WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT

We come from product. When agents speed up code, task briefs and acceptance become the bottleneck. We rebuild that part too.

Our agents work from the spec all the way to checking the result. The speed shows up in releases, and every step leaves clear artefacts behind.

What
we do

[03]
01Moving development to AI agents The core project, about four months. Rules, code standards and a new process for the whole team. 02AI in the product cycle Specs, acceptance criteria and prototypes built by product managers themselves. 03Team training Separate tracks for engineering and for product and business. On your real tasks. 04AI automation of processes and products Product builders and agents for operational work. 05Fractional AI lead When you don't have an AI leader of your own. Billed monthly.

How the
project runs

From the foundation to the full task flow takes about four months. You sign off each stage on results.

  1. 00

    Review or diagnostics

We look at the process, the code and the team. We decide where to start.

  2. 01

    Foundation

Rules for agents, a code standard, an acceptance checklist, a baseline speed measurement.

  3. 02

    Pilot

One product or one team fully on the new process.

  4. 03

    Full task flow

We move the rest of the work over and train the team.

  5. 04

    Support

Optional, after the project is delivered.

FAQ

[06]
Will agents replace developers?

The project is about speed and quality. Decisions about team size are yours to make, after the pilot and the measurements.

How do CI and code review change?

We add checks for agent-written code to CI. Review follows the acceptance checklist so it doesn't slow down the flow.

Can tasks go straight from the tracker to agents?

Yes, for some of them. Which ones, we decide at the foundation stage.

How do you measure results?

We measure baseline speed at the start. Then we compare against the same metrics and deliver each stage with artefacts.

What if the team pushes back?

We start with the people who are interested. Training runs on the team's real tasks, so doubts fade faster.

Book a
review

For small teams the review is free. For larger companies we run a 1–2 week diagnostic, and its cost counts towards the project.
